Marie-Claude has been on this journey for over 25 years. Over the years, she has explored several healing and well-being tools such as yoga, qi gong, automatic writing, meditation, self-massage, and BodyTalk. 

Marie-Claude received her first BodyTalk session in 2006. In 2009, she began studying this healing system. That same year, she discovered compassionate listening, mindfulness (MBSR), and qi gong. In 2010, she became a practitioner certified by the International BodyTalk Association and began her advanced studies towards advanced BodyTalk certification. In 2015, upon graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Resolution Studies from The University of Winnipeg, she decided to welcome women of all ages towards better health and self-awareness. In 2018, Marie-Claude took a break from this healing work. From 2020-2022, Marie-Claude explored visual arts. She developed techniques to apply marker ink on canvas and laser papers. 

Marie-Claude has had varied life experiences. She lived in Mexico for a year in 1995-1996 and traveled to Bolivia in 1998, in addition to doing an internship in the Dominican Republic in 2006, places where she was able to develop her Spanish language skills. She also traveled across Canada to attend qi gong, BodyTalk, theater, compassionate listening, and adult education trainings for trainers. 

While living in Manitoba, she worked for several years as a workshop facilitator and as a program and event coordinator in community settings. Additionally, she also worked in administrative support. 
Having recently returned to Québec to be closer to her family of origin, she decided in 2024 to open her home to people seeking solutions to their health problems.
